I was treated with respect and care. The procedure was explained fully, I was sedated enough that I had no pain. The waiting time was only experienced while the basil cells were being examined. The surgical area was completely covered to protect the wound. I was a little weak after the surgery and rested as much as I could. I'm glad that Dr. CVancara got out all the basil cells.

The staff went over and above in order to straighten out my issues with the VA and insurances, regarding referrals and other issues. Especially Kathleen from the MOHS department. The entire staff was friendly and helpful every step of the way. They eased my fears and really made the experience very comfortable. I was a little uncertain about the wound care instructions after I got home to Montana so I called and they were very helpful and patient with my needing to be told stuff over again. My incision is healing very nicely. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Advanced Dermatology & Skin Surgery Center.

I have had many Mohs surgery by Dr. Cvancara and I wouldn't have any one else do this procedure on me.
