Dr. Joseph Daniel White, MD

Dr. White did surgery on my nose 20 + years ago and now it needs a little touch up. Staff was excellent and got me in ,in 3 days due to a cancellation. I have full confidence in his work via past experience.

I feel like Dr. White is just very eager to fill his surgery schedule. He wanted to operate on me for issues I didn't even come to see him about and I felt pressured. I came out of my appointment with him feeling very discouraged. I ended up not going back and I recommend getting a second opinion before undergoing surgery with him.

Excellent, caring, knowledgable doctor. Never rushes you and very thorough in explaining your problem and treatment options. He is often booked out far in advance but I think waiting for an appointment with him is worth it. I highly recommend Dr. White!

Dr White did surgery on my husband this winter for a deviated septum and tonsils at the same time. He explained very carefully what our options were and what we could expect during recovery and after recovery. The results have been exactly as he said and have been life changing for the better. No more recurring colds and no more snoring! The office called multiple times to check on him at home.

I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before you undergo surgery with Dr. White. He doesn't listen to what you are saying and doesn't explain how the surgery will help.

I called for an appointement, and was handed off to three different people in a row. Each was more and more abrasive, until, finally, with the third office person, I finally gave up. I cannot believe that the SERVICE personnel in a medical office could possible have been more abrupt, abusive, and rude. The other ENT doctor in the area had much better staff, who were able to help me immediately, and without any sanctimonious and imperiously rude comments. I realize that this doctor has been in business in this area for well over a decade, but if he got rid of those awful staff people, his business might actually double, if not more. I was especially put off because this doctor is an alumni of the same medical school that I attended.

I called for an appointment 2 weeks ago, and the woman who sets the appointments asked me, quite abruptly I must add, to call back later because SHE WAS GOING TO LUNCH. I never called back but I will be speaking with the Doctor about this matter. I feel that she was very unreasonable because it would have only taken her a minute to set me up with an appointment. I do in fact feel that the behavior of the office staff leaves a lot to be desired
