Very thorough

I went to Dr. Falcon at the recommendation of a friend who had worked with him in the OR. I lost a significant amount of weight and while I trained a lot during the weight loss, I had a belly apron and hanging mons. At my initial consultation for an abdominoplasty, I found him and his staff to be very friendly and relatable. I ended up scheduling my procedure that day. I met with him once more before the day of the surgery and everything seemed fine; I wasn't feeling nervous. I liked that I'd have a pain pump on me for the first days and wouldn't have to rely on pain pills as much. The surgery happened with no problems and while my overnight stay was probably unnecessary, I stayed and was released early the next day. My bruising and pain was minimal. I had two drainage tubes and a dressing. This is the last time anything was normal. Even immediately after the surgery and having some swelling, I didn't look right. My incision line was fine but really low and I looked pregnant. I… stayed that way for months. I had MANY seromas after the surgery, most requiring aspiration in office, one requiring an ulstrasound guided drainage tube insertion and one requiring a surgical removal, which was by far the 2nd biggest disaster because Dr. Falcon stated "I didn't like drainage tubes" (Who does!) so he didn't place one after the surgery and I ended up developing another HUGE seroma that drained for weeks into a mess of gauze. I nearly went broke from buying all the gauze. After all of this, I looked awful. I looked and felt worse than when I went in. The physical recovery was nothing compared to the emotional toll this took on me. He completely downplayed the severity of these complications and side effects. Everything was a "wait and see" and nothing aggressive was done to resolve these issues. But it was suggested I put a copy of Reader's Digest in my binder to help flatten me! I'm not kidding!!! He offered to do a "revision" at "no cost". I couldn't go through with it. My body was ruined. In a state of desperation, I went to another surgeon and paid him in full to revise me as much as possible. Guess what? Not one problem. I don't look like I have paid over $12,000 in abdominoplasty service but I don't look pregnant anymore. Dr. Falcon may be an expert with certain procedures, but I would think twice about any cosmetic surgery. Plus the wait time to see him is ridiculous because so many people are scheduled at the same time. Believe me, I had 15+ appointments over the course of 6 months and nothing was ever quick.

Awesome Doctor and Staff

I had met Dr Falcon almost 25 yrs ago when he did my breast reduction surgery. He did an excellent job on them. Then, almost 30 yrs later I had to have a cyst removed by him. Its true, you do wait for a very long time to see him ( over and hour) but he did a great job on my surgery. His staff treated me very well also. I don't expect any Dr. to be my buddy or treat me like a personal friend. They ALL make me very nervous regardless. To me, as long as he knows what he is doing and does a good job, answers all my questions and treats me with respect, how much more can I ask for. I think that's all any of can hope for with any Dr. Remember, they are human too and not Gods! I am now considering surgery again and I will call him. Hope this helps all of you on the fence.

his staff is quite rude. a bunch of older ladies that ask you questions then dont have the time or attn span to hear your response. but dr falcon himself is excellent. he knew exactly what i did and what others did to fix it within seconds of looking at my hand.

Dr. Falcon performed my septorhinoplasty surgery. He is an awesome doc. My results were above and beyond my expectations. He definitely knows what he is doing. Don't let his rude staff keep you from choosing him. Also, free up a couple of hours for office visits.

Dr. Falcon takes his time with each and every patient. I have never once been rushed out of his office. Surgical results have always been excellent. Just to mention, when a surgeon does surgery on a patient, the follow up visits are done to track the progression of the patient. The previous review is criticizing him for following her closely?? She also said no other surgeries corrected her problem....how many other surgeries did she have? and if so, why did she continue to pursue surgery? So she can write bad reviews? Please do not listen to someone who has a vendetta for whatever reason. If you want a physician who cares... see Dr. Falcon.

I just love Dr. Falcon. Not only does he spent as much time as you need but he also is an excellent doctor with excellent results.

This worst office in the area. Your wait time to see the doctor is over 2 hours. The staff was rude and did not care about patients concerns. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone already filed a complaint with my insurance company to have him removed from blue cross.
