My overall experience was great. The office is clean and organized. Staff is friendly. Kathryn is very helpful and nice. Doctor Joseph Jacobs made me feel very comfortable and assured me that I was in good hands. I had a sinus surgery and I was worried about the procedure. The surgery went well. When he immediately finished the procedure, I wanted a mirror. My nose didn't change, no purplish, no scars. He prescribed me an anti inflammatory after the surgery, but I did not need it. The infection was removed and I can breath better. He is a knowledgeable doctor. I highly recommend him for your sinus surgery.

Excellent bedside manner in pre & post surgery. Dr. Jacobs explained everything in detail & was readily available for any questions. He is an Excellent Surgeon. His staff is courteous, professional, & made my visits as comfortable as possible. I Highly recommend Dr. Jacobs.

Excellent surgeon, excellent physician. My surgery was a complete success snd my experience with his office staff was wonderful. Very efficient and knowledgeable making the entire experience seamless.

As far as I’m concerned, he is absolutely the best at what he does. My experience with Dr. Jacobs is that the whole process is one of him understanding what the problem is and then fixing it. I was given pain medication after my surgery but never even needed an aspirin. I’d recommend Dr. Jacobs to anyone needing sinus surgery.

Dr. Jacob's is a world class doctor. Anyone with sinus issues should be in contact with him. The office visit experience couldn't be easier or more pleasant.
