My overall experience was great. The office is clean and organized. Staff is friendly. Kathryn is very helpful and nice. Doctor Joseph Jacobs made me feel very comfortable and assured me that I was in good hands. I had a sinus surgery and I was worried about the procedure. The surgery went well. When he immediately finished the procedure, I wanted a mirror. My nose didn't change, no purplish, no scars. He prescribed me an anti inflammatory after the surgery, but I did not need it. The infection was removed and I can breath better. He is a knowledgeable doctor. I highly recommend him for your sinus surgery.

Excellent bedside manner in pre & post surgery. Dr. Jacobs explained everything in detail & was readily available for any questions. He is an Excellent Surgeon. His staff is courteous, professional, & made my visits as comfortable as possible. I Highly recommend Dr. Jacobs.

Dr. Jacobs is an outstanding surgeon. My sinus surgery was a complete success and thanks to his amazing office manager, Kathy, the entire process was flawless. All I had to do was show up. Dr . Jacobs listened to everything I said and he definitely pays attention to details. He is a great surgeon . I trust his judgment and skills without question. I am truly grateful for him and Kathy.

Dr. Jacobs is recognized as a leader in his field, but his professional manner and methodic evaluation was what really set him apart from other doctors. Dr. Jacobs was recommended to me as a second opinion and I am sure glad I went to see him. If anyone is looking for a doctor whose knowledge is beyond others in the field and whose manner is caring and pleasing, then Doctor Joseph Jacobs should be your next stop.

As far as I’m concerned, he is absolutely the best at what he does. My experience with Dr. Jacobs is that the whole process is one of him understanding what the problem is and then fixing it. I was given pain medication after my surgery but never even needed an aspirin. I’d recommend Dr. Jacobs to anyone needing sinus surgery.
