Dr. Joseph L Kaczor, MD

No one is more afraid of a needle or a dentist then I am. Ive had 6 teeth removed and was put to sleep to have it done. Dr Kaczor and his staff made me feel very much at ease. Ive had no problem.. The Dr put the IV into my arm himself and was very gentle when he did it. I would go back to see the Dr again....Thank you for taking good care of me... Barb Buchanan

Was sent to him by referral. Was spoken to like I was a second class citizen. Was told that my son didn't meet the criteria to be treated with our insurance. Called the insurance and was told that the office either takes the insurance or they don't. The "criteria" is strictly that of the office. From reading other reviews it seems that unless you can afford non state assisted insurance it is OK to treat you like trash. So, great let's make a struggling parent feel even worse for not being able to afford basics even when I work 2 FT jobs! Don't know what their qualifications are medically but the staff at least are pretty terrible people.

Dr Kaczor & the staff was wonderful. I would recommend going to him.

My unexpected visit to dr. Kaczors office was due to abscess, was handled with the best care ever, would highly recommend this office from checking in all staff and the comforting Dr. ??kaczor was ama????zing. Sincerely Patricia ravina

Dr. is Professional yet laid back and made me feel comfortable. Had me laughing and calmed me. Great bedside manner.

Tried to get an appt. for oral surgery as he is on the list for Medical Assistance and the closest to my home. Not only was his staff member rude, I was informed that he has a zip code cut off because "he's so busy" and doesn't take anyone in my zip code area! I filed a DISCRIMINATION complaint with UPMC!!! Received a call from UPMC that his EXCUSE and REPLY TO THE COMPLAINT is that patients living "far away" (50 miles in my case) are less likely to keep their appointments!!!! GIVE ME A BREAK!!! Yea, like I'd REALLY want to see him now!!! Since I wasn't able to see him, I rated the appearance, etc. of his office as a "1" star.

Took a friend to get all teeth pulled she was done by the time i flipped through 2 magazines

Everyone was friendly & the procedure was pretty painless.
