Dr. Joseph Paul Lajoie, DO

You are such a wonderful doctor glad I could trust you with my golden ticket that you set new rules that you did not inform me of that I would have complied with but you decided to be yeah got to love how you love your patience

The last time I saw Dr. Lajoie I waited more than an hour after my appointment time to be taken back, when I questioned why was told he had some emergencies, but yet if you call the message is that if it is an emergency call 911. I very rarely get in right away when I call for an appointment, usually it is around a week to get in. He is a good doctor, I don’t always get my questions answered because he is behind and is rushing.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lajoie's for five years, he is very compassionate, yet difficult to get into when you are sick. I saw another doctor in his practice as suggested by his staff and later received a termination letter from the CMG with no warning or explanation. In the last year he has not been available when I need a physician and he doesn't return messages quickly and often did not call in my medications properly. His staff is wonderful, but he overbooks his time several times I waited up to three hours to get out of the office.

I will be paying for his inaccurate diagnosis for the rest of my life. He was quick to point out to me that my' fibromyalgia' would not qualify me for disability. I never asked for disability! I wanted relief from pain. All the while the pain from my 'fibromyalgia' is really my cervical spine collapsing. I cannot turn my neck, and need surgical reconstruction of my neck. My elbow pain was severe degenerative arthritis. I have lost range of motion in my elbow, and will never regain that. My shoulder pain was a full thickness tear in my rotatror cuff.

Very thorough and personable.

An emergency room nurse once told me, she recommends her family to Dr. Lajoie. Excellent.

Dr. Lajoie really took his time to help me, listen to me and explain to me what my issues were about and his plan to tackle them. I was thoroughly impressed.
