Dr. Ciccone is a warm, caring, and approachable man. He performed surgery on me and provided excellent care during the recovery period.

Dr. Ciccone and his staff do not seem to read email. They are occasionally rude. it is difficult to talk to Dr. Ciccone himself. I had at least one unnecessary appointment. Things are not done in a timely manner. I assume he is competent medically.

excellent attention to me as a patient. I forgot to ask a question during the visit. I remembered it while in my car. I went back in to see if I could ask, and they escorted me right to his office and he very cordially addressed it. This was my first visit.
