Dr Novi is all that everyone says...caring, concerned and sympathetic. Never had to wait long in waiting lobby or once in a room. The staff is THE most considerate staff. Each person made me feel at ease, never making me feel I was not important. I will definitely recommend Dr Novi and his office to anyone!!!
