The staff is very friendly, cordial, helpful. I feel the Doctor gives me the impression I am the only patient scheduled that day with him. He isn't in a rush just to get an appointment completed.

I find it very easy to communicate with Dr Ojea. He is only willing to listen and explain things clearly.

Do not go to this doctor! Save yourself the aggravation and find another practice. Although Dr Ojea seems to be a knowledgeable doctor, the office is an absolute joke. in 3 consecutive appointments in a 3 month period i waited 1 1/2- 2 hours to be seen. I walked out today prior to being seen after 1hr 45 min of waiting. The woman at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I spoke to the office manager to express my concerns, her response was "find another doctor then". If you want horrible service, complete disregard and lack of respect for your time then make an appointment and pack a snack because you will be waiting. In addition, I was once sitting in the office a year ago in tears with walking pneumonia and was still forced to wait close to 2 hours even though i had an appointment. I cannot express to you enough to find another doctor. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE save yourself the aggravation.

Dr. Ojea is one of the old tome Dr's interested in everything you have to say/ I have been with him for 28 years and he has been the same compasionate person I know. His heart is filled with goodness.

This was the best doctor I have ever found. I wish I could have brought him to New Orleans when I moved in 2004. I have never found another doctor that I am that comfortable or happy with.

Great doctor with excellent bedside manner. Genuinely cares about his patients. Is not hurried and takes his time to listen. Convenient office location. Receptionist could be a little more cutomer service friendly other than that....he get's two thumbs up!
