Dr. Josephine Mei, MD

Clearly a Philips sales shill who only sees her patients as a paycheck and has no bedside manner. Did not answer questions well and seems annoyed when you don't just agree and move on. Virtually no follow up, and was not told about the recent recall with Philips (and as a Philips branded office they should know about it immediately). I Do not recommend her, but the sleep techs and front desk are nice and helpful.

MD did not examine me and stated that if I did have sleep apnea " it is because of all the medications that you take at bedtime" She did not examine the fact that I have a severely deviated septum and no exam of the throat.

Doctor Mei was very friendly and helped me recover from pneumonia. The office was also very friendly and I had a good experience overall.

Incompetent is the only word I could find to describe the staff and Dr. Mei at the Norton's facility. Lack of professionalism is a understatement when it comes to this group. I'm surprised that Norton's allows this type of floundering under their roof. I came away with the feeling that Dr. Mei would prefer me to go elsewhere. I WILL.

Cares about her patients. Is thorough in her exam.

Office staff is worthless. Strumpet who mixed up/forgot to schedule a procedure was more interested in flirting with sales rep than doing her job. She and intake girlfriend stopped to chat THREE times during checkout/ scheduling. 20 minute wait and still had nothing booked.

I went to Dr. Mei, who has been treating me for asthma for the last year. This year I've had complicated issue develop related to heart, lungs, and medications for other issues. Dr. Mei was very patient and spent time gathering information about my situation, explained how my issues were related, and what areas needed to be explored in order to find out exactly what is happening so it can be treated. She is warm, kind, patient, thorough, and wonderfully connective; I left there knowing I can trust her judgement and knowledge to get to the bottom of my health issues.

I have been going to Dr. Mei now two years for my asthma and pulmonary hypertension. She is very knowledgeable and explains things extremely well. In addition, she is warm, kind, proactively works for me, provides helpful information for me to improve my condition. So glad I have her for my pulmonologist!

This doctor is convinced that everyone who walks through the door has sleep apnea even before any tests have been conducted. She does not listen to the patient. She then tries to treat patients with masks for sleep apnea even when the tests are not conclusive that sleep apnea is the problem. I found this doctor to be a waste of time and money

Dr. Mei has been my brothers doctor for over 20 years...and she has always brought her A Game to the relationship of Doctor and Patient...she is easy to talk with...she takes time to explain...she cares...I never feel ignored or dismiss by her or her office...she really really cares about her patients...her doctoring has been one of the reason my brother is still doing wonderful...God and her...thank you Dr Mei for being you...Awesome Doctor
