Dr. Juan Jose Martin

Dr. Martin did an awesome job on my neck about 6 months ago. He and his staff are awesome! Went there yesterday for my appointment and it is always a joy to see doc and his nurses..??

Great Dr. and staff. He did my back surgery and I am walking better than I have been in years.

Dr. Martin is very nice as is his receptionist Melissa, he makes you feel comfortable and comes across as knowledgeable which makes him believable... but I found out the hard way that he doesn’t go the extra mile needed when it comes to pre-op treatment/testing, surgery, and post-op treatment. He did a surgery on me over 2 years ago and my life hasn’t been the same since. For months after surgery assured me that the constant pain I was experiencing was normal while telling me extra tests and scans weren’t necessary. Completely wrong. I have sought out 3 separate opinions since then, and all 3 have agreed that I have permanent damage up and down my spine because of the surgery he did. Wish I had NEVER let him cut into me.

The doctor was over an hour late no one informed me that he wasn't even in the building. The practice lackes compassion and professionalism.

I searched online for neurosurgeons in the area and Dr. Martin had few reviews so i was debating to be seen by him. I finally called to make an appointment, spoke to Melissa she was so nice and explain details about appoitment. When i arrived to the office, the office smelled good and it was clean. My waiting time was less than 15 minutes. Dr. Martin listened and answered all my questions, i felt very comfortable.

Recently I saw dr Martin as a new patient for consultation on a spine injury. What a breath of fresh air. There was very little wait time and he made sure that all of my questioned were answered and provided me with a path forward that surprisingly did not include drugs, injections, therapies, devices, etc. He is straight forward and easy to talk to, and really makes you feel like your care is his first priority. 45 minutes for entire visit, 30 minutes was face to face with the Dr. The world needs more ‘docs’ like him ??.

I went to Dr. Martin's office and was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment. He is very personable and shows concern and listens to you. He recommended an MRI for my back and gave me a list of facilities to call. He informed me that they all charge different rates and to call some of them to see which co-payment worked best for me. I'm glad he told me this as the charges ranged from $400-$1200 with my insurance. This is the first time I've ever had a doctor let me know this. The staff is also wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Martin.

I love Dr. Martin. He helped me through a very painful condition. He is very understanding and I appreciate all the time spent with me. Betsy, his nurse, is wonderful. Our PCP referred my mother to Dr. Martin for abnormal MRI results, he took his time to explain my mother in Spanish every single detail about the procedure offered, he spend about an hour explaining us and answering all of our questions. Very friendly staff and clean office, waiting time was less than 20 min I highly recommend Dr. Martin.
