Dr. Judith Kuczek Waters, MD

Have been to her several times now and she is very easy to talk with and understanding. She is fast really knows her profession. The office is nice and they get you in quick if needed!

I've been with Judy from the beginning. I cannot believe it's been over 20 years. She started at Strongsville Urgicare and I was her MA. She was one of easier doctor's to work with. Then when she went to family practice and I chose her as my physician. She always includes her patients opinions with their case plan. She listens to what they have to say. Most importantly, SHE DIES NOT HAVE A GOD COMPLEX!! If she finds a diagnosis is above her ability to treat me she doesn't hesitate to tell me that and refer me to the specialist who can. But she continues to be involved. She doesn't pawn us off. She stays involved.

The wait time is always over an hour. They do not know how to schedule. Absolutely ridiculous

Dr. Waters shows little or no compassion with her patients. She does not advise patients of test results in a reasonable time. She also does not refill prescriptions in a timely manner.

I have been a patient of Dr. Waters since she started her practice. Things are different now. As everyone else says, the wait to make an appointment is too long, try 4 hours, today. And the receptionist was rude. When your in a lot of pain its frustrating. apparently she has too many patients the wait is at least 2 hours between sitting in the waiting room and then waiting for the Dr. She is a wonderful Dr. but time for a change. Sad, very sad.

Really liked and trusted Dr. Waters in past but the office has apparently gotten too busy. Waited 50 minutes past appointment time to see her. She spent literally 7 minutes with me, and that's only because I had a list of questions to ask her. Phone calls to her are not always returned. I've had to call back 3 days in a row to get answer to my question. Very sorry to say, as she is a very kind & good doctor, but I need doctor who is more accessible, more attentive, and spends more time with me during my annual physical.

Dr. Waters takes no time with her patients. When she finally rushes in she doesn't spend anytime listening. She doesn't have the ability to diagnosis and treat anything above the common cold. Don't jeopardize your health with wasting your time on a doctor that doesn't give you the time to listen and look into your symptoms

Waiting an hr. In waiting room, then another one half hr in ex. Room is far too long to wait for service... Inconsiderate T

Can't even get them to answer the phone. Always a busy signal. Enough said.

I was referred by a friend to Dr. Waters. I absolutely loved her! The staff was aweful, especially her assistant. Very rude, gave me a Nast look and an attitude because when she called My name I had gone to the bathroom after waiting 50 minutes. The clerical staff were more concerned about chatting among themselves than the patients. Dr Waters great care made up for her crappy staff:) I will go back based on her care not the rude staffers. Sick people don't need an attitude, they need kindness and concern. We are paying for a service!
