Dr. Judy L Magnusson, DO

I have been seeing Dr Judy for over 30 years. She genuinely cares about her patients and has the biggest heart. Dr Judy never acts like she is better than you or I am the Dr listen to me. If you are looking for a compassionate doctor, she is the one to see. I have only met two other doctors like her, she is a rare gem.

My appointments are on time. The staff are always friendly. Dr.Judy Magnusson is very thorough with her exam but never makes you feel like she is in a hurry.

Great Doctor. She takes care of me and my husband and because of her persistence she convinced my husband to have a Colonoscopy which cancer was found really early and because of her he is cancer free today.

I have been seeing her for years. Used to have a long wait, but that has been fixed. She listens and is very friendly. She has had to referrer me out to a specialist, and when I had issues with the other doctor, he offered to help find another spine doctor. Love her staff, there is one that I just love to pieces, but can never remember her name. Only thing I would suggest is name tags for the staff.

Dr. Magnusson herself is a friendly person. She does pretty good in listening to your need. There have been a couple of mistakes made but nothing to make me stop going to her. Her staff on the other hand (especially people scheduling appointments) are terrible. They are just outright rude. I can't tell you the number of times I have hung up with them after scheduling an apointment and asked myself why I continue to go to this doctor. They are not helpful, they always schedule over a week out and are abrupt and rude if you ask to see another doctor for an earlier appointment. They have very bad manners when dealing with the patients over the phone. I really think Dr. Magnusson needs to give some of these staff members a strong etiquette lesson. That is my two cents and will be bringing this to her attention should I decide to keep her as my doctor.

if you ask for medicine she spits on you and calls you a drug addict. She rushes your appointment and doesn't care about you.

Very Unfriendly, no emotions, uncaring, unfriendly. Worst doctor ever. I will never recommend her to anyone.
