My thoughts are related to the small size of this operation, and that it's therefore helpful, if not essential, that we patients take as much charge of our care to every degree possible, to ask questions, look up some things if we're concerned, and follow up proactively on our own to communicate any thoughts we have. QFMed is a small private practice office with a huge range of care options but without the huge computer-based and personnel systems of support the Mega Care facilities have.
