The doctor is creepy. Also, I had an outstanding balance of $55 that I was sent a bill for but put aside and accidentally forgot about it! 30 days later I received another bill stating that it was sent to a collection agency! I paid it off & then called the office to ask if they could kindly remove it from my credit score and they were completely inflexible about it. Now that will be on my credit report for the next 7 years... All because of a bill paid one month late.

Dr. Vandersarl did a great job addressing my concerns, diagnosing my skin issues and prescribing medications and skin care to improve my condition. I was very happy with the whole process, from getting an appointment to the office atmosphere and Dr. Vandersarl's efficient and knowledgeable manner.

My experience wasn't good here. I had acne problems and felt hopeless...going to the dermatologist I felt I would be getting help. He was rude and made me feel even more hopeless about my condition. After months of treatments my face got worse...he didn't take much time to diagnose me...but would simply say," welp we just have to try something till it works...however long that will take."
