Prepare to wait 2-3 hours for the privilege to see this doctor. Also prepare to not only pay for her services but pay separately for the facility. My co-pays were double.

I cannot understand why this doctor never leaves enough time in her schedule for each patient. If she did, patients would not have to wait 2 hours to see her. I guess she figures its such a privilege to see her, that its ok for everyone to lose half a day of work.

Prepare to wait hours. The actual time of your appointment has nothing to do with when you will be seen. Truly disgraceful considering she has no emergencies in her day. Frustrating and disgraceful.

I have been waiting almost 2 hours and I’m still not in to see Dr Smith. There was no call from her office to say she was this far behind. Dr Smith is smart, but so are many doctors. This is just rude and disrespectful. Also i received a facility charge of $495 from NYU for the privilege of seeing this doctor which was in addition to her office visit and lab fees. I can not recommend this doctor

Dr. Smith is an amazing doctor. She gives great, practical advice and listens to all of my questions.

Dr. Smith understands cancer. Not only is she an outstanding clinician but you also receive the added benefit of her thorough up to date research. You will enjoy your appointments with her. She is extremely thorough and she really demonstrates an interest in her patients. Nothing is off limits with her. She understands the dark side of cancer and will give you the extra time to discuss what is on your mind. If you don't bring it up, she will. Her in depth knowledge of genetics is state of the art. You are in good hands with this brilliant physician.
