Dr. Julie Marie Stevens, DO

Lends her time to online visits via app, and by time, I mean drags out conversations or requests that are straightforward in nature over HOURS. Literally. Also is misinformed regarding basic medications that mimic Benadryl - told me a medication combo I’ve been on for years was “highly dangerous” despite it being maintained by several doctors over 3 years. Tried to blame the difficulty in writing a prescription for a REFILL on insurance, when insurance has never denied the medication.

Prism Primary Care provide outstanding service. Both Dr Julie Steven’s and Dr Anderson are very good, caring, knowledgeable and spend the time with you you need. The office staff are friendly and always willing to help. I have always gotten my prescriptions the same day I call. Follows ups are timely. If I or my family are having a problem they get us in right away. I would recommend their practice to anyone who is need of regular medical attention or follow up.

Dr. Julie and her staff are fantastic. They are sensitive to the special needs of their patients/families and quickly make any accommodations as the needs arise. The time taken by Dr. Julie is amazing. She truly values parent input. She eagerly takes the time to educate when questions are asked. Everyone has truly been in the moment of connecting to assist with professionalism and compassion. Gosh, I hope I won't struggle to make more appointments after people read this comment.

No follow up on phone calls. Left several messages with no response.

Dr. Stevens I think you are wonderful! But, but your office staff (Linda and Stephanie) are simply awful. They have major attitudes (condescending and rude) towards any question(s) I may have. I am very tired of being treated so very shabbily by them and will look for a new doctor. Thanks for your care and concern.
