Dr. Julie Marie Pantelick, DO

Since joining Signature Health Solutions, it is as though a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Dr. Pantelick is one of the most knowledgable and kind doctors I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, and it is such a relief to finally have a doctor who truly cares about solving my medical issues, whatever they may be. Before joining her practice I was floating between doctors who never seemed invested in my health and getting anything done was something I had to fight for. At Signature Health Solutions they are attentive, return your calls and inquires promptly, and makes me feel like my medical care is a journey I no longer have to take alone.

I never imagined that I would be part of a conciege medical practice. However, it has been my most fortunate experience to join Signature Health Solutions and have Dr. Pantelick as my primary physician. She is caring, compassionate, and very knowledgeable and really listens to me as the patient. Her office responds quickly to phone calls and all of my issues were resolved in a timely manner. She is very attentive to my concerns about my health as we work together to achieve my goals.

I knew the CCP practice was new when I made my 1st appt. but I've never experienced the extremely unprofessional treatment I received @ this office. For over 2 mnths, several times a week I'd call & leave a msg about making appts, if they received test results, etc. Would not hear back. I'd call for referrals, never hear back. Had to reschedule several specialist appts as a result which caused problems. Pharmacy wouldn't hear back re: refills. Then she limited her hours to just Tues & Thurs, and 4 of those 8 days she's only there 1/2 day.
