I entrusted my anesthetic care to Dr. Unni whom I thought was well qualified to care for me. Once I was in the operating room I was given a medication that paralyzed my entire body but was completely conscious of what was occurring to me and my body parts. I was wide awake as a breathing tube was placed and even worse I was completely aware when a large IV was placed into the side of my neck which was extremely painful. My surgery proceeded while I was completely awake but paralyzed and therefore could not move or let anyone know what was occurring. I am still having vivid nightmares of this experience. This Dr. in NOT qualified to provide this sort of care and I would not recommend her to care for you nor a family member.

Excellent Doctor, very genuine and caring. Took care of my family member with proper monitoring. I would highly recommend her tenderness and ability to offer the best post operative management.

She is a rude doctor, who has a terrible bedside manner. I did not like the way she spoke to my mother before the surgery, in a very condescending and rude manner, and raising her voice... AVOID this doctor.
