Absolutely do not waste your time, money, or patience on this joke of a clinic. The guy that runs this place, Justin Moon, is not a neurologist even though his title would lead you to believe that. He is a medication peddler to addicts. He has no interest in new patients if he cannot bleed your insurance with his charges. This clown had no interest in reviewing my thorough medical history, he didn't order any tests, he provided nor considered no follow up and ultimately they only provided a 30% refund. DO NOT GO HERE, This place should be closed down immediately, all of this joke show's reviews reflect the exact same thing in the past several years...

I've had a neurological disease for 15 years and Dr. Moon is my 5th neurologist that I have had now for 3 years and I am very happy with him. He is well educated and not egotistical. He takes time to listen and answer any questions and/or concerns. I feel like he works with me well for a plan of care and is understanding which is important to me.

I was impressed with Dr Moon's knowledge of seizures and his review of my tests and reports. He was quick to diagnose my problem and prescribe medications. I was a little disappointed in the time it took to get prescriptions to the pharmacy and not having anyone answer my phone messages to check on prescriptions. It is hard to get to speak to the Doctor or the PA on the phone or have someone answer the messages I left.

Dr Moon literally made me cry in my appointment. I was diagnosed with Chiari Malformation by someone else as well as Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. He proceeded to insinuate that both of those diagnoses were incorrect and that I had some other issues that he couldn’t help me with. He made me feel ignored, and hopeless. He is uneducated in rare diseases and was ignorant to the fact of how severe Ehlers Danlos Syndrome can be. DO NOT see him if you have complex issues.

Dr Moon is the man to see for headaches. He has helped me a lot.

My son recently saw Dr Moon after seeing his PA, Anne King, who was supposedly supervised by Dr Moon. He acted as if he had never heard of my son. When looking through his chart, he was surprised by some of the comments. He is the rudest & uncommunicative doctor I’ve ever met. He points where to sit instead of telling you; he won’t answer important questions; he is very self absorbed. He gives the impression of thinking he’s better than you.

Staff are INCREDIBLY rude. I have shown up for visits only to be told the doctor is not in that day, and rescheduled for months into the future after waiting area for over an hour. When I told them I would be out of town on the future date, they said "that is not their problem". Today, after the rescheduled meeting, that I took time off of work to attend, I was told the doctor was 'in a meeting" and would call me back in two hours. This place is TERRIBLE.

Clearly a compassionate, good humored and superb neurologist. Always look forward to seeing him and his kind staff????????

I have been a patient of Dr Moons over 10 yrs now. Hard to believe! He is incredible. If there was a model for a physician he would be the one.
