She was ONCE a kind caring doctor.

Recently, needed advise on a serious medical condition. I believe because I did not use the reference given and chose the route of seeking a second opinion from another physician (which when it comes to my body, maybe I should have that option for an educated sound decision), she appeared short with me, annoyed, agitated and outright dismissive. In short, "Gave me what I wanted", was the response, so case closed? On top of that, her front office staff was rude, annoyed, agitated and dismissive because I needed assistance in scheduling a rather important testing. The young lady in charge of that flat out told me she was very busy, there were like 9 or 10 requests ahead of me and she is the ONLY person who does this. In fact, the office took 9 days to contact my insurance to place the request for this important testing. No, not 9 days for the insurance to get back, 9 days for the office to place the call to request. The insurance confirmed that. This was a time when a little… empathy, compassion, a little hand holding and guidance was needed and unfortunately, it wasn't there. Was a patient here for about 20 years, I, myself, was never the best at follow through for myself (as many of us are), never complained if answers were short or waits were long and this was first time I really spoke up, took my health seriously, and asked for help. Sorry to say... will NOT be returning to this office.

Takes no interest in patient

Besides the fact that she has as serious God complex, she doesn't know how to treat people with respect. If you're in the hospital, She'll tell you one thing and then send in a nurse, who has no clue what going on, and pin damage control on the unsuspecting nurse. "Dr." Gardilla thinks she knows best and if you offer a suggestion or a request, she takes it as a personal attack and dismisses whatever you say because she's the doctor and you're the patient. No discussion. Only her way or the highway. On that note, I've changed my primary care physician as of this post because I rather take the highway.

Physician that cares about the individual patient. She has been my primary care physician for 5 years and she has always told me exactly the things I need to do to keep great health.

Terrible Doctor. Angry, irritable, rude, and very arrogant. I would stay away from this Dr. The practice, cannot say for sure. I was there for only a short time. But she was the only Dr available, and clearly there is a reason she had openings. Changed meds without noting the file. Told me she did not have time for me. Horrible Dr. Horrible.

She was really strange, seemed like she was in a bad mood, spent two minutes with me, didn't listen, didn't examine me, didn't help my problem, just acted nasty. I saw on line she has a history of malpractice. Not surprising. Terrible doctor - I will never see her again.

The second time I needed to see this doctor was not at all helpful. Had severe chest pains, was sent out for tests, came back and doctor had left for the day. Call back the next day, test results still weren't in, made to wait out the weekend in pain/couldn't sleep. Still no diagnosis as of yet. I'm only 22, apparently a 22 yr old with chest pains who can't sleep/barely function isn't odd enough to provide any medication or relief suggestions.
