Dr. Gupta's staff got me an appointment within three hours of my call to report that I was having extreme floaters and some flashing in my left eye. After I arrived, I was seen on time. The nurse took Optamax pictures and then I was seen by Dr. Gupta's associate, who examined my eye and then sent me to the laser room for Dr. Gupta to treat my torn retina. I am to return in 4 days for a follow-up. Dr. Gupta provided his personal cell phone number and told me to call 24/7 if I had any pain or complications. I certainly appreciate Dr. Gupta's care and concern.

The wait was long,I paid $50.00 to be told I have Fuchs and small cataracts in both eyes which I already knew but my left eye vision is completely white blur with pain no guide in what I should do except drops because he didn't see anything I felt like I wasted my time and money they were rushing to get people through.

Not a good attitude from this doctor after operation. Probably because he got his money and is close to retirement and does not care anymore.

I think he was one of the rudest Doctors I've ever seen, long wait time, insensitive about my concerns, rushes and did not want to hear my concerns. I do not recommend anyone to waste their time there.

Dr. Kamal Gupta is definitely not one of the better ophthalmologists. I had cataract surgery from this guy. Surgery staff is good, but dr is not. I had a complication after surgery, called him, and he dismissed me saying I just had surgery. No advice. BAD DOCTOR! Luckily I did not trust him and went to another doctor who promptly found extremely high eye pressure and treated it with other meds. Other issues with the Dr too but out of space to type. Evasive, lawyerish, office staff...stay away!

This guy even drove me home the very first time I was in to see him. He truly cares about his patients, truly cares!
