This doctor is very unstable mentally! She should not have a license to practice! My father was admitted to the hospital she was working at under the suspicion of having a heart attack. They found a blocked artery and were going to do surgery. The doctor that was going to do the surgery was Kamlesh K Yelamanchili. Surgery was to take place and my father and the staff were waiting in the operating room for over 2 hours past the surgery time. You could hear them paging her over the hospital PA system. Finally she showed up for the surgery and came into the operating room screaming at the top of her lungs at the staff about how she is the doctor and the one in charge and when she gets there she gets there. Apparently she was visiting patients. She continued yelling obscenities at the staff! My father was so shocked that this person was suppose to operate on him and felt very uncomfortable, that she was unstable to operate on him and told them he didn't want the surgery to be done by her.… Her superiors at the hospital told her to immediately sign off on my fathers case so he could be released from her care and assigned a different doctor. She refused and left the hospital not even caring about my father. Upper Management ended up after waiting several hours for her to sign off on the case and hearing from security that she left the hospital, they had to sign off my father's case for her. She NEVER ever apologized at anytime to my father or the family for putting us through the above mentioned. You know, I could not ever understand how a doctor could ever act like this? And now with her being arrested by the police, for thinking she was above the law and evading the police and having to be chased to her home and then wrestling with an officer and having to be tased.I hope on Aug 24, 2009 they throw the book at her. I hope she loses her license to practice. She is very unstable!

She is a great doctor. She takes all the time you need with her. She considers one’s overall lifestyle to make recommendations for your optimal health. I highly recommend her!

Go someplace else only interested in your insurance money she runs a torture chamber

Diagnosed with sleep apnea. 1) Doctors fail to follow up 2) The only person who knows anything is always busy. 3) Didn't even get a return call when asked to do so. 4) You may well wind up waiting unnecessarily for something that should be on hand to maintain your health and avoid unnecessary health issues while waiting, much like some of your health insurance policies. Avoid the stress and risk.

Wait time was way over 2 hours to actually see the doctor; however, she spent a great deal of time with me. The staff was great. Have not followed up as yet.

A cardiopulmonary doctor with a staff full of smokers hanging around outside the office is very unprofessional.

Dr. K is very professional and always takes time to listen to your concerns. The wait time is long much of the time, but if I'm the one in need of her services I'd prefer she consider my needs and cause those in the office to wait. Some people don't understand this and complain. I always take a book or my iPad with me to pass the time. She explains procedures thoroughly and is concerned about a patient as a person.
