Unfortunately there isn’t enough space here for my review to say how incredibly grateful we are for Dr. Acker. No-one should ever need an infectious disease doctor for a 4 year old but if you do, you couldn’t do any better. After 7 providers, 3 hospitals and too many missed diagnosis to name, I have never felt so seen and heard by ANY doctor than I have by her. Even while we were admitted she made my family feel that there was nothing more important than us . She gave us the time and space in our exhaustion and heightened state, listened to us, heard us and saved our daughter from any unnecessarily long hospital stay. There are no words for our for gratitude. Thank you thank you thank you
