I called no less than 20 times and never got through. they have a message that a patient specialist will help you but after 10 minutes, nothing....

Dr. Karen Hiester is extremely thorough and compassionate. She spends as much time with her patients as is needed to get close to their needs and ensures that she understands any issues. She works towards maintaining health and preventing problems, not just solves after-the-fact.

I used to see Dr. Heister at the facility on Immokalee road. Making an appointment there was easy and fast. Dr. Heister made me feel very comfortable and listened to me well. Very satisfied. However, since the office has moved- I can't get through to make an appointment. I have called a dozen times, left three messages, and was unable to take the 1 call back I received.

Very impressed, extremely thorough, easy to talk to. Staff was great. Would highly recommend her!

I couldn't have found a more compassionate, knowledgeable, friendly doctor does great follow-up care. She called me at 7:30 pm to give me and go over the results of my lab tests. She also called back personally when I had additional questions. She never rushes through appointments. She makes time to see you if it's a emergency. Her bedside manner is the best I have ever had. She's is so knowledgeable that she diagnosed me with a tumor only 2 in a million people get. She immediately refered me to a top hospital in Florida. The removal of this type is very risky so I need to have a surgeon who has removed 3 or 4 of these tumors before working with the same anesthesiologist. She is a great diagnostion. She is the best!

Dr. Heister misdiagnosed a serious health problem in my family. She also gave us poor medical advice that ultimately led to a serious crisis. I would warn patients to stay away from her.
