Dr. Karen Dorothy Holland, MD

After an hour of watching people who arrived after me and my daughter come and go before me I asked what the hold up was and was told they were waiting for a room to open up. Ok a few more people came and left I asked again and was told the Dr. was running an hour and a half behind. Now my child has had Dr. Holland for her entire life and has seen her not a nurse practitioner no more than 4 times (shes 6). So this visit I am told by a nice enough Dr. lady with gogo glitter eyeshadow that my little lady has an ear infection and needs antibiotics. After the visit I waited an hour and went to pick it up, they had not called it in so I waited until the next morning since by the time we got out of the room we waited so long to seen in the waiting room lights had been turned off and they were locking the doors. So I went to pick up her antibiotics again and they still had not called it in. I called them and a woman said she would take care of it 3 hours later I went again to pick it up still… my child has no help from these people. This is not the first review I've wanted to write about this place but after all the other times this one just had to be written.

I no longer take my son to the Medical and Surgical clinic. I chose Dr Holland on my insurance, but my son has only gotten to see her once in his 5 years, everytime I call for an appointment she is booked and he has to see a NP, and it is usually someone different. My son was misdiagnosed due to this experience. I do not recommend this office.
