Karen Morice was being shadowed by a new doctor. She did a good job of giving me her undivided attention and discussing everything I thought was pertinent--and then switching to the new doctor. Ms. Morice explained in detail how I'd use the ZIO monitor & send it back to the company. I understood that I'll hear back from VM about the results. I felt seen and heard and very satisfied!

She had reviewed my records including the CT scan results, which could not be electronically shared between St Michaels ER and VM's practice providers. I had copied pasted into a Word document and then uploaded easily using the Cerner portal to my provider team at VM. Further, the PA carefully reviewed the information and solved an issue with the results of the scan.
