Dr. Karen Morales Lee, MD

Not recommended at all. She charged me under two different codes (physical checkup and first time visit) for a single visit which was for my regular annual checkup (fully covered with my insurance) and sent me a bill for the second code. She was even not at all willing to order any blood work covered under annual checkup. When I asked her to get my Vitamin D level also checked, her response was.. oh, everyone has that deficiency, no need to order blood work for that. Really??

Dr. Lee has been my primary doctor for a number of years. She is very knowledgeable and explains things so I understand them. I have **never** had a bad experience with this doctor. In fact, she is very kind and always remembers me!

When she took over a practice, I was told I needed to come in for her to renew a medication. When she entered the room, I was told" I wanted to meet you to see if you liked me, and I liked you!" Enough said, didn't like her at all.....
