She listens so well and it is obvious she really cares. She even gets in touch with you at home to check on you! Wish there were more out there like her!

Dr. Evans is a nice doctor. She is a very knowledgeable doctor. If she has a question about a diagnosis, she will refer a patient to a specialist. The office is pleasant. She does have a tendency to run behind time. However, she takes time with each of her patients to answer their questions. I would rather have a doctor that answers her patients questions then have a doctor that rushes out the door before a patient's questions are answered.

I'm not sure where all of these bad reviews are coming from. I've been a patient for 5 years and have never had any issues. I've met with the Dr. and both of her NP's. The office works together as a team. The NP staff always clears things with the Dr. and keeps her updated on what's going on. If it serious the Dr. always comes and visits with you. If anyone has issues setting an appointment with Karen Evans just see her qualified NPs. They are amazing. They have checked for breast cancer, they do annual physicals for woman as well. I've been sick several times and I've always gotten in the same day or next. You get to know the girls in the front after a few times of bei g at the office. The newness subsides once you go a few times. That's with any place you go, that's new. It's a good office.

I had a very hard time with this office. Felt I was being used. I needed appointments all the time. Was getting treated poorly by staff and providers. I made the switch to a different doctor and group and it was the best thing I ever did for myself. I am finally seeing someone who is trying to get me off the medication that office put me on which I do not need. Plus now I only need to be seen twice a year instead of wasting my insurance and time when it was unnecessary.

They lie to you. They are rude. You have to wait hours to be seen. There are double standards based on who you you are. Friends and family get the best of the best care around but troubled patients are brushed off to suffer up to weeks and still was not taken seriously. Was diagnosed wrong several different occasions. Will not be going back.

Worst office ever. Should be turned in for discrimination.

If you are sick You are better off using an urgent care facility as you might have to wait a month or longer to be seen for illness. If you want to run your own care and treatment this would be the right fit. I'm asked what I want ordered and what I think is wrong and what treatments I want. I thought the entire purpose of paying someone to See me was to give them their professional diagnosis and treatment not Me figure out on my own what is wrong with me. I would need a doctor I need I knew what was wrong

Very caring Dr. - truly a heart for her patients - invests everything in them.
