Pain in my left knee. Spent 3 minutes with me. Looked at X-rays and said my right knee should be hurting not my left. Went to another doctor. MRI shows a tear in my meniscus in my LEFT KNEE.

Prior to surgery, Dr. Elsharkawy spent time explaining the procedure for total knee replacement and answered all of my questions. After my surgery was complete, he visited me in the hospital and once again explained things in detail and answered all questions. During my 2 week post op visit, he spent a long time reviewing the procedure and answered all questions. I have had many surgical procedures and he is the best surgeon that I have had.

I went to the Center for Joint Replacement and was seen by Dr. Elsharkawy. We visited, he listened, answered all questions. I had a total knee replacement and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Elsharkawy is a caring, professional, and knowledgeable doctor. He was even on the phone with my insurance company, the day before surgery, fighting for coverage for my surgery. He got it!! I would recommend him to anyone considering a knee replacement. He really cares.

Dr Elsharkawy did a great job with my hip surgery, had a minor complication but it was remedied. The office staff red tape is extremely inefficient and could use some improving

My experience with Dr. Elsharkawy and staff has been excellent. Hip Replacement surgery and recovery going very well. Dr. was attentive to my concerns in great satisfaction with thewhole process.

I flew from Midland to Dallas to try and get help from this doctor for a torn meniscus. He was very dismissive towards me. Said I was in a great area he couldn’t help me but tried to load me up on muscle relaxers. I guess if there’s not a lot of money in your surgery why bother. He came right out and said I do need replacements which was not in his bio.
