Bad billing code on LEWY1000. The whole visit is NOT a deductible. Get your billing straightened out. Other than that, the Dr is great.

My experiences with Dr. Chen's office are horrible at best. His staff are rude and extremely disrespectful when I come to visit. Even when I had an urgent medical matter to discuss with Dr. Chen, even when there are 0 patients waiting outside, I was referred multiple times to a nurse. So many excuses came out for me to see a nurse instead of him. I'm not sure if this is allowed by insurance companies but he and his staff have continued to treat me in a ill-mannered way. Through phone calls, walk-ins, and appointments, I have been referred with nurses almost every time. The office staff are not trained well. It seems as if everyone works as interns there, not knowing what they are doing. Multiple times I have talked with Dr. Chen regarding his office staff and multiple times I was brushed aside without a second thought. I will be looking for a new primary physician to take care of my needs.

Both my husband and I have been patients of Dr. Chen for many years. He has seen us through difficult health issues with patience and compassion.

Today my husband received exceptional care from Dr. Chen, as always! I wished Norm good luck. I meant Fred. They are my two Brother-in-law's names.Sorry for the boo boo!! Thank You again Dr. Chen & Good Luck Fred in your future pursuits!

Dr. Chen has always been a great doctor to me. He is very sympathetic to me and all the health problems that I have. I would not change him for anything, unless he moves far away, which I hope and pray he never does! Thank you Dr. Chen. Shei-Shei.

His appointments are nothing but a waste of time and money and he can even be very inappropriate. SO PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS.

My husband was misdiagnosed by Dr Chen to have gotten bed bug bites. After he had a fever and spots appeared on his torso and back and exposed to shingles recently. A few hours later he had more spots and I got an appointment with Dr Rao. She immediately new it was chicken pox. I confronted Chen and he still would not admit he was wrong.

I started to meet with Dr Chen a year ago and I really feel like he took an interest in my wellness. Although his nurses take my vitals, he comes in and spends time with me. He draws the blood himself too. He has told me the honest facts about my health and has given me effective guidance to get healthier. The ball is ultimately in my court but he's been a great coach. I also want to say that I've made my appointments around lunch time and haven't had to wait for more than 5 minutes. I highly recommend Dr Chen and his office.
