It took three days to finally get my perscriptions called in. Dr. Landberg seems nice but the care and treatment to patient by office staff not acceptable. Canceled my scheduled procedure. Will use someone else.

Dr. Landberg's practice is to submit two bills to the patient under two different patient identification numbers: one for use of the facility and one for the physician services.However widespread this approach may be, I find it deeply troubling at best.Why bill for facility use and physician services under two different identifying numbers for the same patient? Because, I was told, the facility and the practice are two different businesses. Lovely! And why are the facility and the practice two different businesses? I'm sure there's a good reason. But the billing practice has this marvelous benefit: The patient's insurance company and the patient get billed twice for the same set of services. Why object to being billed twice? Because the double-billing practice has the appearance of maximizing payment for service by taking advantage of the patient's confusion, lack of attention, or sheer unwillingness to demand an explanation for the charges. A less troubling billing practice… would be to combine all the fees (for a given procedure) into one bill under one identifying number so that patient's (and insurance companies) can see (and question) the true cost of the procedure.

Very quick to do procedures, however the treatments are often not changed and problems are not solved after costly evaluations.
