Dr. Karlyn Gale Huddy, MD

My wife is a Doctor. She just retired after 32 years at Evergreen Hospital. Wife's work was OR based, which means she worked directly with most Evergreen surgeons and closely with most supporting specialists (including Cardiologists). My wife knows who is really good. When I exhibited cardio symptoms after hard exercise my wife pushed me to see Dr. Huddy. I had seen other cardiologists at Evergreen, (good ones my wife had picked), but my wife said Dr Huddy was "special", and I should make the switch. I did as I was told. Dr. Huddy is exceptional! Inquiring, thorough and aggressive, she moved so quickly in her testing that I missed one, ( assuming it would be a month out not a week). What really struck me though was the amount of time she spent with me at our first meeting. I worried that I was messing up her schedule for the day. She spent that time to tell me about herself, and to learn about my work, family, kids, Etc., not just my symptoms. .... Wow!
