I came to Dr. v Because my gynecologist and specialist so that I have several different health problems he took one look at me and said I had none ordered bloodwork he didn’t go over the results with me he said I was fine and sent me home when specialist told me otherwise. He Came off very arrogant and he is very unthorough

If you have an appointment, you should expect to wait at least one hour before you will see the doctor. If you come down with a serious sinus infection or flu, etc., and you need an appointment, it will be very hard to get into the schedule to see Dr. V or another doctor. The front desk will tell you to do a walk-in. If you come after 9 a.m., be prepared to wait 2-3 hours before being seen by the doctor. If you come in exactly when they open, be prepared to wait up to one hour before seeing the doctor. I was a patient of Dr. V for several years, but I got tired of the wait times and unavailability, so I left. He was fairly thorough but swift. It's an in-and-out kind of thing. Expect to have about 5 minutes max with him. One year I went with very specific symptoms, and he misdiagnosed me and put me on a medication that adversely affected me and did not fix the problem. I do not believe this was intentional; he did seem like a genuinely caring and direct person. He never spoke over my… head. I'm confused by folks who mentioned that he's arrogant; maybe it's a cultural misunderstanding because of his accent and Indian background. In any case, if you have physical symptoms that are being caused by a neurological issue or a mental health issue, he does not appear to have that medical background. In my personal case, it turns out that I have had bipolar disorder for a long, long time, but he did not recognize the symptoms of hypomania. I am fortunate that I found a different doctor and eventually discovered this illness. Remember, the only reason I left this doctor's office was because of the poor wait times. If I hadn't left, who knows when I would have finally discovered and understood my illness? I have a better life now because I am receiving proper treatment.

the staff is really nice and help you out as much as they can. i've been there many times and no matter how sick i was, the nurses always try to make you smile. The doctor on the other had scared her, he doesn't really listen to what you are saying and he has a tone in his voice like you are wasting his time. He is very arrogant and has a tendency to be very short with you.

Well, first this guy is arrogant as all heck. He is rude, does not listen and makes assumptions based on thin air. Went to him because i was looking for a primary care doctor - internist who actually listens. Despite the fact that my medical history was in front of him, he wanted to put me on medication that I was allergic to. Having a 14 year well documented history of chronic pain, he automatically assumed i was looking for opiates and proceeded to treat me as an addict . He did not bother to check my history nor listen to the fact that i do not wish to be on pain meds , I was requesting an mri for my back because of an increase in pain due to an auto accident. I left his office, went home and proceeded to write him a letter telling him his behavior and assumptions were unprofessional and wrong . Much to my suprise, he did call me to apologize and invited me in to start from the beginning. I can very much respect an apology from a medical professional so I agreed. It was then he… wanted to put me on a medication that was WELL documented I had adverse reactions to. It was clear to me that this man does not pay attention to details and that is one scary doctor . I filed a complaint with my insurance company about him, he had his staff.,,,,who made NO APPEARANCE in the exam room lie for him. As a follow up, with my chronic pain? A real doc ordered MRI and 3 herniated disks later, my problems are being treated. (Again, without opiates), as it was stated to me by a well respected local physician, had I stayed with Vaswanathan, I could have been paralysed.

Felt insulted when the Doctor started screaming at me infront of my two daughters.
