Dr. Katherine McMullan Works for K Health, an app designed to help people get simple medications quickly. She is atrociously bad at her job. She checks what time zone you are in and only responds to your chat when she thinks you are in bed so she doesn’t have to do anything. Her employer, K Health, then keeps your money and denies you a refund because the “doctor” tried to contact you at 3AM in the morning (16 hours after I started my visit with K health). Again: Dr. Katherine McMullan is atrociously bad at her job and I recommend you stay away from her and K Health.

Doctor that doesn’t listen and just collects a check. I advised of my strep throat symptoms, let the doctor know I had 2 coworkers out with strep and she only wanted to talk about Covid and told me I didn’t have strep. Had to go to emergency clinic and got a strep test that was positive and the antibiotics I needed. The only thing she told me was to drink tea. A waste of time and money talking to her. I highly advise getting another doctor that will actually listen to you.
