Dr. Katharine Susan Van Fossen, MD

Dr. Van Fossen is by far the best doctor I have ever seen! She is caring, supportive, understanding and was like a second mother to me. Unfortunately I had to move. If I could, I'd still fly home just to see her because she truly is that amazing of an OB!

This doctor ruined my life, please be careful when she so aggressively wants to do surgery, she is a butcher and doesn’t have the skill she promotes! She may be okay to deliver babies but other than that don’t trust her!

Dr, Van Fossen cares about her patients overall well being. She asks lots of questions, gives you her undivided attention, does not rush her appointment and genuinely cares. CMH letting her go was a huge mistake

Dr Van Fossen has a wonderful bedside manner. She takes the time to explain things to you in a way that is easy to understand and answered any questions that I had for her honestly and openly. She listened to me and really wanted to help. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends and family.

Se is absolutely the most amazing physician and one of the most amazing women I have ever met. Above and beyond is the only way to describe her. Only doctor in my life I have felt entirely comfortable with and have total confidence in.

I stumbled upon Dr. VanFossen by accident, when my 'regular' OB was on vacation and I had an urgent pregnancy situation that required medical care. She is by far the most compassionate doctor I've ever met, and I had 100% full faith in her abilities. I actually ended up changing doctors, because I was so impressed with her (then saw her for the next several years). Dr. VanFossen was also my delivery doctor when my son was born, and was everything I could have asked for and more - coach, cheerleader, drill sergeant (in a good way). I've recommended her to just about everyone I know! Because our insurance changed, I'm now forced with finding a new OB, or paying 100% out-of-pocket to keep seeing Dr. VanFossen. She is so wonderful, that I'm actually considering paying out-of-pocket!!

Thank you dr.van fossen(ob/gyn) u did a gr8 job , my delivery was such a joy filled experience to cherish for lifetymm , i recommend her for anyone who are going trew labour for the first tymm , all the nurses & staff were excellent,,, specially pam is a life saver!! This was my first visit with Dr. Fossen. She put me at ease immediately and listened very carefully as I discussed my issues. She was helpful, thorough and kind. She took steps immediately to make a second appointment for the surgery team to make extra exams and dates. She was absolutely everything a woman would want for a caring doctor.

She is the best OB I have ever seen. She honestly cares about me and how I am doing. I actually enjoy going to my appointments because I like her so much.
