Dr. Kathleen Kenny, MD

This woman should not be practicing medicine. She is knowledgeable but she is mean. I think she is considered "wonderful" at Stanford but I am highly knowledgeable. Myself and two friends have seen her and rejected her as PCP. And you know how hard it is to get a PCP!

Dr. Kenny is amazingly patient, an excellent listener, very detailed in her writing information down as you are speaking unlike most physicians, caring, intelligent clearly, asks excellent and many questions and IS VERY HUMBLE with NO STUPID NONSENSE you will feel when you are with her providing her with your details. I had an excellent private physician in Marin after many bogus and years of medical fraud causing years of insanity I was unable to understand my physician in Marin explained who died suddenly with no warning. I looked for months for a person with the same qualities of an internist because of the abuse I endured from the medical fraud and negligence unable to find anyone like my doctor who passed until I met Dr. Kenny. She is a loving person, with an excellent education clearly with many talents you will not find in many places you must have in a physician/internist especially when you have endured bizarre medical treatment you never needed sedated for years. She… does not promote pills, and anything negative you may have read here was a person who does not know her style, nor know what constitutes an excellent doctor. She is a person I wished my grandmother, and grandfathers could have had, my mother should have and any persons I love to have including my spouse if he were here. I cannot write enough about her and her office that is positive.

Dr. Kenny , is not only personable , but incredibly knowledgable of latest research and treatments of various ailments. She is comprehensive and a very good patient advocate for care! As a long time educator, I would highly recommend her as an internist!

Dr. Kenny is a very knowledgable woman who always has the latest medical data . She is easy to speak with and takes the time to make each visit count. She has my trust and has given me wonderful care.

I had to fill out four sheets of information in the office. Two sheets included what I expected to accomplish at the office visit. I later realized these sheets were never collected or read by Dr. Kenny or her assistant, a medical student. The fruitless consultation was directed by Dr. Kenny's own agenda and completely missed the point of the visit. Within five minutes, she wanted to prescribe a drug when she hadn't yet assessed my overall physical condition. Extremely poor! To be avoided.

I have worked in prominent positions in healthcare for a long time and known a lot of doctors. I do not want to divulge details but this doctor is too immature, does not know what she is doing, poor at time management, and is ill prepared for a visit. She does not do her homework and gets diagnoses wrong. Go see her if you want your medical record all screwed up with incorrect information and wrong lab tests ordered.

Really seems to care. Remembers things. Very smart.

When I moved from Wash DC and saught a primary care physcian I was fortunate to find Dr. Kenny.Her screening of my physical condition discovered life threatening problems. Her referral to specialist within the Stanford Medical hospitals addressed my health problems...diabetes, high blood pressure and prostate cancer.Her follow up on my progress toward better health and updating my medical records enhances my chances for a longer more health life.My personal observation: I was totally impressed with her intellectual capacity and applied practical experience build confidence in the Doctor Patient relationship that is missing in many medical facilities across America.Kudos to Dr. Kenny and FYI to sincere patients seeking top flight primary care.

Doesn't know what she is doing - Has no diagnosis skills - Please AVOID!

Dr. Kenny is very analytical and gets to the right course of treatment very quickly. She is an excellent listener and questioner and I have found her to be on target with her conclusions. Highly recommend. (Very genuine person too.)
