Dr Horan is the best. She is at the top of understanding her discipline, totally competent in diagnosing and making a treatment plan that a patient can follow. She is optimistic and encouraging. She listens attentively and compassionately. Her instructions are clear and she gives you a printed copy to follow. I requested her and am so very thankful that she was available.
