Dr. Kathleen Jeanne Smith, MD

I only have one experience with her so far and it was positive. I was in a tremendous amount of pain yesterday, but today im much better thanks to Kathleen Smith.

We had a very disappointing experience at this office. We arrived 10 minutes before our 11:00 AM appointment, but the front desk staff was very rude and gave us a hard time about our insurance card. I showed a photo of the insurance card, but she refused to accept it and spoke to us in an unprofessional manner. Even after I agreed to bring a physical copy, the attitude continued while we were filling out paperwork. Eventually, she said they would “take care of it this time,” but warned us they would not next time, which felt unnecessary and disrespectful. The doctor visit itself lasted less than a minute. The doctor barely listened to our concerns before quickly prescribing medication and leaving. We did not feel heard or cared for at all. The only positive part of our visit was one of the doctor’s secretaries, who was very kind and respectful. Unfortunately, the overall experience with the rest of the staff, including the doctor, was very poor. This was one of the worst experiences… we’ve had at a medical office.

Thank you so much !! I walked in there with my biggest insecurity and honestly Happy with my results and she definitely did what i asked for!! I walked out of there satisfied and happy that she a weight off my shoulders. I will recommend her to other for sure.

Cont. from prior review! I accidently closed screen before I completed my review.. So Ms Kia took a large mail of blood from both arms, put me in a room and in same room she went to work on removing the small from my blood when complete she had a vail of goldenish liquid. Dr Smith came in and lstened to my concerns and where i wanted results. She explained the process and told me it was going to be uncomfotable and oh was she right!! Ive had fillers before so i was somewhat prepared! I have minamal bruising. If i had gone home and iced i would prob have none but went back to work for 9hrs and for got about it. Overall my experience was great. I already have appt to go back and plan to make them .y new go to dermatollogist for all my beauty and skin needs!

Excellante excellent perfection ease….. From the amazing initial phone call to make my new patient appointment , my arrival and pt check-in were soothing to my nervous system. The doctor was effective informative and personable. Treatment rendered quickly and check out seamless. IF IT COULD ALL BE SO SIMPLE

Dr K Smith is an amazing dermatologist. She has exceeded every expectation that I have the practice is clean. Staff is outstanding time spent in the office is not long but great. Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable and explains everything you would need to know concerning your condition. I’m so glad I was able to find her practice if you’re looking for a wonderful place of care this is the place!!!!

My children have been coming to Dr. Smith for years and we love how attentive and helpful she has been. Her staff is amazing and Dr. Smith moves with urgency towards an skin issues they have faced. She helped heal them and I’m forever grateful and appreciate all that her and her staff do for us.
