Dr. Kathleen Coleen Keating, DO

Dr. Keating is an amazing doctor. This was my husband and I’s first baby, and we could not be happier with the level of comfortability we had with her. I had never had a surgery, and definitely never felt comfortable in a doctor’s office before. As soon as you go to Dr. Keating’s office, you are greeted by an AMAZING nurse (Margie) who definitely helps me to feel at ease. The delivery and pregnancy as a whole went very smooth, and I would not want any other doctor on my next pregnancy.

Dr Keating made an uncomfortable procedure a walk in the park! She is wonderful with patients and a genuinely caring provider! Women's health practices could use a lot more Dr Keatings!!

1st time patient - AMAZING!! Open abdominal hysterectomy and back on my feet (work) in 7-8 days. Warm, friendly, listens, clear & concise information, provides options for treatment, thorough, confident. Have already and will again recommend Dr. Keating to friends and family.

I am almost hesitant to write this review because I love Dr. Keating so much I want to keep her to myself! I have seen numerous gynecologists through the years, including others within her same practice, and Dr. Keating is hands down the best! When I became pregnant, I knew I was in good hands with her. She takes the time to get to know you and welcomes questions (of which I had many!). She is compassionate, funny, and very knowledgeable, and she does a wonderful job of explaining things to patients. Although she is a busy Physician, you would never know it when you are in an appointment- she takes plenty of time to make you comfortable and address your needs. Her nurse, Margie, is also fantastic and I felt so lucky to have her involved in my care. I look forward to my next pregnancy so I get work with these two again!

I moved to the Boise area two years ago from Seattle. A few months ago I found out I was in need of major surgery and was terribly scared in this new town that I would not be able to find a good doctor. I was referred to Kathleen by the St. Luke's women's clinic. I did read the other review on this site and thought I should give her a try. In all my 50 years of life and living in two major cities I believe I have fund the best of the best. Kathleen has a calming yet informative way. She listened to your thoughts and wishes and offers very solid advice. Kathleen did my abdominal hysterectomy 6 weeks ago and I feel great. Kathleen works with a wonderful nurse named Margie, who is so friendly and loving. You will not go wrong if you choose Kathleen as your doc, she is the best of the best!

Dr. Keating is by far one of the best doctors! She is on time afficiant and so nice, polite, and easy going. Se makes you feel comfortable and at ease about whatever you situation. I am the type of patienr who likes to be listened to and not ignored and she listens! not to many do they just tell you what they think and dont really care what you think or feel for that matter. She is so respectful and easy going. She can answer your question before you even ask it she has a way of knowing exactly what you are feeling and thats a great quality... I had a geat experience with her and would and do recromend her to every pregnant woman i knw or come in contact with. She is a godsend and i was so gratfull to be one of her patients!
