Awful experience. There is a reason it’s easy to get a quick appt here. Office staff gossips and violates HIPAA. Test results take weeks instead of data to get back. No one calls you to discuss them when there should be preventative and ongoing care made as a result. Patient care is abysmal. Would never trust them with my prenatal care.

I was a patience of Dr. Rustici before, during an after my pregnancy. After I hammy son we made an appointment to place Essure after being told I couldn't have my tubes tied. She placed the Essure and I starting having pain and cramping as soon as I woke up from the procedure. I was told that it as normal and it should fade. It didn't. In the coming weeks I was in and out of the hospital/ER. After each visit I would call and leave message, she didn't call me back. I had to go to another dr at another practice to fid out the Essure had perforated my Fallopian tube. I ended up having to have a full hysterectomy, I was 30 at the time. I received a call several months later from her practice asking if I needed anything.
