I have no idea what this person may do from one minute to the next. Makes medication changes & then does not approve the requested refills of the new dosage. This is the second weekend I have spent under her care without my medicine. One medicine clearly states “do not stop cold turkey, may cause seizures” Also never asks “how the medicine is working?” “how are you feeling on the new dosage?” “is there anything else in your life that may come into play or is affecting you, that if I make a change to your medication it could possibly affect that medical condition?” Sometimes when increasing the dosage, the pharmacy still gives you the old dose. But then it’s ‘your fault’ if you try to tell her the dosage Isn’t working, even though you have only gotten it (the increased dosage) one time. Sneaky and goes behind your back, breaking privacy rules by gossiping with past providers. Has unknown people in her room when it’s a video appointment. Makes threats. “you can always find… another provider if you don’t like what I’m doing, I’m only doing it because I feel it’s what’s best for you” Never taking into account what their little gossip, secrets and inside jokes may hurt a person. Their office is so dirty and everybody is rude , I like to do video appointments. I’m also unvaccinated and do not wish to be in a germ filled area. but apparently this is some sort of conspiracy that I am trying to pull by wanting to do video appointments. The video appointments which are offered by her office. She is also well aware that there is a shortage of mental health doctors and facilities in my city but yet she will use this threat now. Her office was recently changed from Peak wellness to volunteers of America and now there is no more kindness, everybody is rude. Now you’re treated like a second class citizen Making medication changes with no follow-up and refusal to return messages is a very dangerous practice

This lady, changed my medication, as soon as my other doctor retired, without any concerne for me the patient! Ive been through all the medications over a 20 year lifespan and this Nautsie Mad Scientist wanted to put me on medications I already tried, dont allow this doctor to replace your old one, you will regret it??

I never made a connection with this practitioner, she didn't meet my mental health care needs. I wasn't able to trust her,I didn't feel safe . It was a disappointing and negative experience.

Dr. H was the 4th or 5th psychiatrist who treated me in the psychiatric hospital for being severely depressed and suicidal. I had PTSD and they thought I was psychotic. Dr. H worked with me for a couple days and asked me some questions and had me take a test to determine whether I might have bi-polar disorder along with the PTSD. I do, she put me on meds and within days a switch flipped and I felt better. It has taken time and patience and listening on her part to know when I need to change my meds up and when I need to be hospitalized for my safety. I trust her with my life, because I have to. Her amazing memory and knowledge of pharacology has saved my life.

I highly recommend Dr. H!! My experience with her has been encouraging. She has been willing to take the time needed to find the combination of medications to treat my recurrent, severe depression that had seemed to be med resistant for several years. When one thing wouldn't work, or something would stop working that had been helping before, Dr. H ALWAYS had another plan in mind and shared this with me. She listens!!! I have complete confidence in her; in fact, I followed her when she left one company and started her practice at another agency.
