When this office first open they were incredible. The small staff was understanding and kind and made us feel heard as first time parents. Fast Forward to the last two year or so and I literally have nothing nice to write about this office. I just had to pay a $15 fee to have my son's records transferred!? This is unheard of, never have I had to do this to transfer doctors offices. Their new staff is rude and condescending. At my last visit the front desk person, I have no clue what her actual title is, was combative with me and her crummy customer service made me never step foot in this office again. I am so disappointed in this as I was their number one fan and cheerleader not that long ago. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your children's care and your sanity. The Dr herself is good, but the staff she has hired does not reflect how she conducts herself at all. She needs new staff members ASAP.

I had a great experience with Dr. Poblete. We were very worried about my daughter's rash but she made us feel very comfortable and gave us medications which helped her completely! We will recommend her to all our family and friends! Thank you Dr. Poblete.

Doctor Poblete has been my sons doctor since he was born and now my daughters. We absolutely love her she is so easy to talk to and has a way with kids. I am so glad that she is our kids doctor.
