Incredibly hard to get a hold of and even harder to maintain consistent medication refills that are written to allow for the patient the take the prescription as prescribed , for example a 30 day prescription will not be refillable every 30 days it all depends on the when you can actually get in contact and what is most convenient for this Dr not what’s in the best interest of the patient coinciding with the prescribed schedule for the meds.

This Doctor Prescribed me a medication that I had immediate adverse effects of headache, cognitive impairment, agitation, coordination difficulties and lethargy. She said that I was suffering from mental illness and that’s what was causing the symptoms and she doubled my dose. Reluctantly, I followed the orders of this doctor and doubled my dose. I sustained permanent brain damage. I was formally diagnosed and it was confirmed it was from the medication. Her behavior was reckless and inexcusable. In addition to that the symptoms I described are listed on the package insert warnings for the medication.

Several years ago Dr Shaw refused to call in a refill prescription that I desperately needed in order to sleep for RLS until I made a completely unnecessary appointment with her. At the time my co-pays were very high and I simply couldn't afford it. She had already seen me fairly recently for other reasons. She "discharged" me as a patient for "noncompliance". She is nothing but a money grubbing hag.
