Dr. Kay Chang is an outstanding surgeon.

My son,(less than a year old) just received bi-lateral cochlear implants from Dr. Chang. The surgery went great. Dr. Chang was amazing and so was his staff at LPCH. Yes, you may have to wait for an appointment with him but know that you are getting an outstanding physician/surgeon.
