Dr. Keith Adrian Warren, MD

I have taken my dad to see Dr. Warren. I try to park in the handicap, yes we have a tag, but on this day there was nothing open. I get his walker out of the car and we make our way up to his office. I was in a hurry and left some papers in the car so I ran back down to get them. I looked up and was absolutely shocked, angry and mad when I saw Dr. Warren retrieving something from his expensive nice Porsche that was parked in the very first spot just steps from the door. I wanted to confront him when I went back up, but didn't want to take a chance he would take that out on my dad. I hope Dr. Warren reads this..you have elderly patients that can't walk far and you have the nerve to park in the very first spot!! I believe there is another Dr's office in the same building and I bet those Dr's don't park close. Once my father's treatment is done, I will be looking for another Dr that has better morals instead of one thinking about himself..

In treating me for several years, Dr. Warren has been consistently friendly and professional. Dr. Warren and his staff are very good at explaining what is being done and why. As a patient, I feel that Dr. Warren is eager to make sure that I understand is happening in treatment and to answer any questions. As the doctor who referred me to Dr. Warren said, Dr. Warren is excellent in all aspects of his practice.

I’ve been treated by Dr Warren for more than 5 years. He has delivered care that has undoubtedly preserved my eyesight. I trust him completely in his diagnosises and care.

An amazing physician, very patient and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I originally saw him for floaters and more recently had both cataracts removed. I could not be more pleased with the results! I highly recommend Dr. Warren and I trust him without reservation !

I was referred to Dr. Warren by my opthamologist and by another physician who is a retina specialist. They are both outstanding physicians and I trust their judgments. Both spoke very highly of Dr. Warren's background, training, and professional skills. In selecting a physician, I look for a person who is highly regarded by other physicians in the field, who has solid credentials, who carefully explains my condition and the options for treatment, and who seems to genuinely care about my health and recovery. With Dr. Warren, all of my rigorous criteria were met. Dr. Warren is serious about his work, but is also warm and has a good sense of humor. I appreciate his quiet confidence and thorough explanation of the options. I also like his young bright assistants and his entire office staff. Since my current conditions are likely to require evaluation and treatment for the foreseeable future, I feel secure and confident under Dr. Warren's care. As an attorney, I pay attention… to detail and thoroughly investigate before I make a decision. I like doctors who are highly qualified and very capable, but without the arrogance that is all too common among some doctors.

I would NOT recommend this practice based on three visits I have had there. On my first visit I arrived at 9:00 A. M. and left at 1:15 P. M. I was asked FOUR times by the same nurse if I was allergic to iodine. I went to the restroom in the outside hallway where the light did not come on until I stepped in and out three times. I was then LOCKED OUT of the doctor's office (a sign had been put on the door that the office staff would return in one hour). I had to pound on the door and the windows until someone realized their patient was missing. I was talked to in a very patronizing way about how my insurance company would not pay for same-day medication so I either needed to pay up-front for my eye injection or return in 24-48 hours after it had been approved by my insurance. When I asked what the charge was, the woman told me she didn't know. I asked her to find out, and she returned a few minutes later and told me between $45.00-$50.00. I told her that was fine, I would pay… that day. She told me the main charge would be a great deal more than $50.00, and I asked her what that would be; she again told me she didn't know so I again asked her to find out. When she returned, she told me they weren't as concerned about that portion of the fee as they were the $50.00 for the medication. I gave her my credit card for that payment, but unfortunately she still had my card during the restroom incident or I would have just left at that point. When I returned from the restroom I was again asked if I was allergic to iodine since I had to be re-sterilized. My second visit was uneventful and proceeded as it should; however, on my third visit I was again talked to in a very soft, but serious voice about a $25.19 bill that had been mailed two-three weeks earlier and had not been paid yet. I told them I had paid that bill (my husband wrote the check and had mailed it two days before). I told them I would check with him and bring them the money the next day if we discovered that we still had the statement in our bill area. As I was leaving the office, someone from management told me they had located my check. All of this was TOO much of a hassle--I have never been made to feel so embarrassed about a fee, and I will NOT return to this practice. I was also very off-put that the doctor's front teeth are missing or broken. I think a retina specialist practicing in Johnson County should make a better first impression dental-wise.

Used latest treatment approach to save my eyesight. Excellent in explaining procedures. Best physician I have been treated by.
