Excellent bedside manner very satisfied by Dr Baumgarten and his staff

Waited 35 minutes for provider to come into the room first thing in the morning. I did not feel like I was heard after stating my symptoms. His recommendation was everything I’ve been doing for the past four months if he had read the paperwork I completed online. When requesting other options, he seemed upset and put off and asked me if there was anything else I wanted. I wanted him to hear me, I wanted him to review my chart ahead of time. He introduced himself by his first name. I don’t need a friend. I need a doctor. He ordered physical therapy and never told me how to schedule it where to go or did they offer to schedule it. Being my first time at the institution, I was not impressed with the provider.

He was very thorough and explained what he thought needed to be done to get me back to fully recovered. I appreciated the time he took and didn't feel like I was just a number on his list to see. He is great at what he does!

Dr Baumgarten is the ticket to being back doing what you did before and without pain! Thanks Doc! Hope I don’t have to have any more surgeries but if I do I’ll be calling you!

Dr Baumgarten listened, discussed and gave his prognosis and game plan . My wait time to see him was minimal. It’s everything you want in a doctor appointment

Dr. Baumgarten is great. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his team. The process for getting records/forms filled out though is a nightmare along with having to pay a third party company to do this when anyone could spend 2 minutes to fill out the form and be on your way.

Dr Baumgarten is very thorough in his explanation of any questions I had. He is very professional and has a great bedside manner. I have recommended him to several other people who have also been very happy with their treatment results.
