Dr. Keith Daniel Ginsberg, DO

Dr. Ginsberg definitely likes to double dip when it comes to billing patients for follow ups and office visits. If he orders your annual labs and it comes back with any abnormals, he will insist on a follow up phone call which you will be charged for and an office visit which you will be charged for. Even if the labs are exactly the same as previous labs we are talking the past three years. The office staff told me he will not discuss your labs at your scheduled physical which is next week. He does this to my husband as well so just be prepared to do 2 visits with him for everything one over the phone and one in person. Totally unnecessary billing practice and fraudulent as well as unethical. Will be finding another primary I recommend you do as well. I am a Licensed Registered Nurse, and I do not recommend someone who values billing over patient care!

I am writing this review to help others prior to scheduling with this provider. I only had 4 consults with this provider and received horrible care. First appointment was fine, very through but his office staff was very inefficient. They were unable to pull my labs from Sonora Quest. This should have only taken a phone call to obtain any records. My insurance required a prior auth on a script that Dr. Ginsberg wrote. I called twice to notify the front office, still no response. After 2 weeks with out my medication I was told that the office would do the prior auth but not until they received a $15 payment. This is unethical and being required by my insurance. A month later I still had not received my medication. My 3rd consult was also by phone and was billed to my insurance as a in person consult. This is insurance fraud and called an upcharge. Very illegal. Once again, I inquired about my prior auth for my medication and Dr. Ginsberg referred to me searching for car… insurance by a doctor and said I should pay cash and let this He was very rude and not interested in my medical care. During this same visit he was to go over my recent mammo and cardiologist visit. He asked me what I thought of my mammo results? Really, you are the doctor not me. All this after he had placed my mammo order as an ultra sound. From incorrect ordering, not following through on insurance requirements, and insurance fraud, I do not recommend this physician to anyone.

Horrible front office and office manager rude is an understatement

I've been a patient of Dr. Ginsberg's for over 10 years. He is very personable and spends quality time at each visit. He's honest and answers all questions in a way that is easy to understand. He's diligent with his care and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent family care physician.

I have been going to dr. Ginsberg for about a year now. He is a great person as well as a Dr. he is very personable. The front desk is a different story. I have received a phone call the day before my appointment every time. This time I didn't receive a phone call so I called them. I apparently missed my appointment. I never got a call stating that I did. For their mistake they charged me $75. Nothing against the Dr. but I will no longer be a patient at this office. Thank you

had labs done on a friday had to call them on the following wednesday to ask for results. still very sick and now they want me to have to come back in for a "follow up" i'm not sure why i'm just as sick as i was in the beginning now it will cost more time from work and money !

After searching for a doctor that cares about me I found Dr. Ginsberg. He is compassionate and knows you as a person even my first visit. He spent time with me to get to know me as a patient. Very happy we found you Dr Ginsberg

I've been going to Dr. G for about 10 years. He has always been a good doctor. He tends to be overly cautious and wants testing done which I like. I'd rather know than sit it out and wait. He is late because he actually does talk to his patients. I just know to bring a book. He is funny and the kids like him too. He doesn't hand out drugs easily so if that's what your looking for go somewhere else.

This Man is accurate in his diagnosis . VERY COMMON SENSE.

Dr. G is my favorite doctor. His staff is wonderful, warm and friendly. I have no trouble getting in to see him if not that day, then in an couple days. He has great bedside manner and really gets to know you. I've seen him for over 6 years now and I am happy to report my service has been consistently great.
