Dr. Keith Lyndon Mccormick, MD

If I could give less than one star, I would. His bedside manner is awful and he does not appreciate parents who question his diagnosis.

We made an appointment in early Dec for Jan 26 at 9am. We had to wake up our two young children (both under 3yo) to go to this appointment that was more than 30 min away from our house. Upon arriving we were casually informed the dr was unavailable and they would be happy to reschedule for May!! They showed no sympathy or concern for our inconvenience. I told them we would not be back and I would be sure to inform our pediatrician not to recommend other patients to this clinic or doctor.

I've been seeing Dr. Mccormick for over 10 years and have had the best eye care. He has always explained what's going on with my eyes. He's been thorough and patient with me through the exam as it takes time for me to figure out which is better (is one better than two? is two better than 3).

Dr McCormick is a very smart doctor. He is great with my young kids and helped me understand how they are still growing into their eye site. I was worried about my dsughter's reading until I spent just 20 minutes with Dr McCormick.

Keith was the worst person I have ever come in contact with. I would recommend no one give him business. he doesn't know how to treat people

I feel confident that Dr. McCormick made an accurate diagnosis for my child but his bedside manner is unacceptable. He rushes into the room barely making eye contact with myself as the parent or my child. He does not ask about how things have been since last visit or if we have any concerns. He never addressed my child except to tell him where to look. The worst part is he whispers to his "assistant" while reading through our chart and reading the computer, while we are sitting there!He rushes out of the room quickly. One time he very friviously says "Well, all I can tell you is (whatever his advice was) AS he is walking out the door! Wouldn't recommend taking your child to him.

I am getting old and reading is getting worse. He took his time giving me the ebst exam I ever had, better than any regular eye doctor. then he took his time explaining my problem and giving me choices to fix it. His optical guy gave me a pair of glasses that let me see my computer and read again. Very impressed with these gentlemen and will be back!

I was referred by my daughter's ped. to this office for an eye exam. I called and left a message on Michelle's voicemail 3 times to get an appointment. I called a 4th time and finally got someone to schedule the appt for me. So, we went to the appointment and the lady checking us in was nice. She asked for my insurance card. I gave it to her and explained this was my exhusbands insurance and that apparently we had a free eye exam under this plan. The lady sitting at the desk behind the check out lady, turned out was Michelle, barked out "if you have the insurance you gave usm then it is a 42.00 copay". I told her my ex was faxing over the info and if she would look into it I would appreciate it. They closed the window and she began telling the other lady"I do this all day, this is my job, what does she (me) do all day, nothing? I have had insurance since I was 20 years old and I read my policy cover to cover, I never walked in to a doctors office and acted like duh, I dont know my… policy you figure it out". I walked up to the window and informed then we would not be staying that they were very rude, I could hear wverything they said, thatI too was an office manager at a doctors office and that all I was asking for was customer service or for her to explain their office policy to me. I asked to speak to the doctor and was told no, I could leave him a message to have him call me...which he never did.

I was most impressed that as a new patient, they could get me in the same morning I called. This was good, since my eye was in a lot of pain. I was scheduled to go back the very next day for a follow up, which nice that it was prompt. I felt like I was attended to very well.
