Dr. Kelly Denise Chung, MD

I have gone to Dr Chung for the last 5 years. At first I liked her because I had no problems. As time goes on I have noticed she is all about making money instead of interested in caring for her patients. She rushes patients out very quickly and never explains what she discovered or what tests revealed. If you have no problems then it is ok to see her but if you have problems (other than cataract) go see another doctor because Dr Chung cannot deal with problems. I must say that she is very experienced with cataract surgeries because she has done it for a long time.

Dr. Chung was unable to explain my dry eye symptoms and offered no solutions or potential avenues of investigation. She also made very little eye contact with me, so the whole experience felt rushed and impersonal.

Dr Chung was not aware of a test her office had just preformed as part of my appointment. She did not address my main concern. When I brought this concern up she was rather vague in her response.

She's the best!!!

Dr. Chung is a true professional. Her medical knowledge and expert skills are matched only by her warmth and humanity, which is further matched only by the caring, proficiency and kind consideration of her wonderful staff.
